I'm a senior solution architect and technical lead. My work spans 17 years across infrastructure, cloud and identity, with responsibility from design through implementation and handover.
From business requirement to running system. I work across architecture, implementation and operations rather than treating them as separate disciplines. That means understanding the business need, the technical dependencies and what it takes to make the result work in production.
What I do
Architecture & migration
I lead migrations where identity, applications and infrastructure have to change together.
My work spans cloud, identity, collaboration platforms and enterprise infrastructure — designing both the target architecture and the transition needed to get there without breaking access or operations.
Complex problem-solving
I work on the problems that sit between systems, teams and documented ownership.
That often means tracing application dependencies across infrastructure, identity, networks and data, testing assumptions and finding what a system actually depends on — not just what the documentation says.
AI systems
I build AI workflows where models are part of a larger system, not the whole solution.
That includes local and hosted models, agent workflows, automation, evaluation and verification. My own projects include on-device AI, automated publishing pipelines and coding agents where completion requires evidence rather than a successful status message.
